Six engagements. Sequenced. Each pays for itself.

We work in narrow, well-scoped engagements — each designed to deliver a specific decision, not a deck. Most clients start with one and pull the next forward when the first earns its keep.

Engagement 01

Disruption Diagnostic

A four- to six-week structured read on which competitors, models, and entrants pose existential risk to your core — and the timeline you actually have to respond.

Threat map Identification of disruptive trajectories, not just current competitors.
Performance overshoot analysis Where your product is over-serving the median customer.
Asymmetric motivation read Which entrants you can't out-bid for talent or capital.

An honest look at your Resources, Processes, and Values — the three things that determine what your organization is actually capable of doing, regardless of strategy.

Resources read What you have versus what the strategy assumes you have.
Process map Where decisions actually get made — and where they get killed.
Values surface The implicit prioritization rules that block or enable the move.

How an engagement runs

Every project follows the same four steps

1 · Frame

Two weeks, two interviews per executive. We are not buying time to learn your business — we are buying time to disagree with you about it productively.

2 · Diagnose

Field research, structured analysis, theory-driven hypothesis. We aim to surface one or two non-obvious truths that change the recommendation.

3 · Decide

A working session, not a presentation. We bring the options and the trade-offs; the leadership team makes the call in the room.

4 · Defend

30 days of light-touch support: board memos, executive Q&A prep, course-corrections in week three when reality intrudes.

Not sure which engagement fits?

Most clients aren't, at first. A 30-minute call usually clarifies it.
